The recruitment is open for candidates with educational qualifications matching each post’s requirements. For Assistant Programmer, a Master's degree like MCA, M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT, or a Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), B.E., or B.Tech is needed. Programme Officer candidates should hold a first-class M.A., B.E., Master of Rural Technology and Management, or post-graduate degree in Mathematics or Physics. Computer Programmer applicants require a first-class B.E. in Computer Science, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science with skills in .NET, Java, MS.SQL or Oracle. Accountant posts require a B.Com degree with certain percentage criteria depending on category, or a Higher Secondary certificate with marks considered accordingly.
