Passed a 3-year vocational diploma (CPEd/CPTC/ELTC) via NIOS – conducted through distance mode with one language subject and one vocational subject – with Kannada as one language; candidates who cleared all subjects except one in an equivalent-level exam may be treated as provisionally passed

A computer training course certificate of at least 3 months' duration, recognised by the Central or State Government (a certificate from a private institution is acceptable only if endorsed with a Government-recognised certificate)
