Rate of Pay
1/30th of the basic pay of the relevant pay scale plus dearness allowance, for 8 hours of work a day
Dearness Allowance
Central DA as prevalent will be applicable
House Rent Allowance
As per classification of cities (when Company Quarter is not available); Company Quarters given priority where available, with license fee deducted as per rates applicable to regular Workmen
Annual Increase
3% (rounded to next ten rupees) on Basic Pay during tenure, subject to satisfactory performance
