Appointment Details
The selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for an initial term of three years. This contract may be renewed based on performance evaluations and the Bank's needs. High-performing individuals may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager after completing their contract, subject to the Bank's policies.

Compensation Package
The total compensation for the Junior Officer role is structured to include a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives. Candidates will earn a total cost to company (CTC) that reflects both fixed and variable components, as well as additional benefits like health insurance.
