Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Ship Draftsman Trainee positions, candidates must have completed their SSLC and hold a three-year Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education, achieving a minimum of 60% marks. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate an aptitude for draftsmanship and proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Those from the Unreserved category must secure at least 50% in their qualifying examinations, while OBC candidates need 45%, and SC/ST candidates require 40%. Age relaxations are available for OBC (3 years) and SC/ST candidates (5 years).

Stipend Information
The selected candidates will undergo training with a structured stipend. In the first year, the trainees will receive ₹14,000 per month, which will increase to ₹20,000 per month during the second year. This financial support is designed to assist trainees as they gain valuable experience in their respective fields.
